At Legal Intake Professionals, we specialize in providing exceptional legal intake services exclusively for law firms. Our commitment to quality client service has established us as leaders in the industry, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

We are currently on the lookout for friendly, compassionate, and professional specialists who can collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service to our clients' callers. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive demeanor, a strong customer service focus, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people daily. Attention to detail is crucial, as our team manages a diverse range of accounts, presenting new challenges and opportunities for growth every day. While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we provide comprehensive training.

This position is office-based.


Your responsibilities will include handling incoming client calls, adhering to detailed scripts, completing intake forms while conversing with clients, and managing calls through electronic and live transfer methods. You will be expected to establish the tone and pace of your conversations while maintaining professionalism and demonstrating empathy and patience with potential clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction
  • A professional phone demeanor that conveys care and concern for clients
  • Active listening skills to accurately gather client information
  • The ability to ask relevant questions
  • Skills to engage with diverse personalities and collect essential details to assess the viability of their claims
  • Fast and accurate typing abilities
  • Proficiency in PC/Computer operations within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • A flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A High School Diploma or GED, and must be at least 18 years old

Compensation: $20 per hour with perfect attendance.

Perfect attendance is defined as being punctual for the start of your shift, returning on time from breaks, and completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 per hour.


Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time - 40 hours per week
  • 2nd Shift - Various shifts between 12 PM and 1 AM
  • Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday each week is required

Training will last approximately three weeks. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to your designated schedule.
