Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly capable and driven Construction Superintendent to become part of our team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history of effectively managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.

The Construction Superintendent will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations at project sites, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leading our team of construction professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of workers, managing work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
- Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses
- Work closely with clients and Project Managers to establish budgets and timelines
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers
- Create work schedules for employees and subcontractors
- Recruit additional subcontractors and assign tasks accordingly
- Maintain a daily log of job site operations, reporting to management as needed
- Adjust operations as necessary to meet construction deadlines
- Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
