Position Overview:


As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion.

You will be a key member of a dynamic team, responsible for managing and coordinating different facets of the construction process.

Your outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress, foresee potential challenges, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, employing cost control strategies to keep projects on track.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices whenever feasible.
- Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager, with a history of successfully completing projects of varying sizes and complexities.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in construction practices.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in construction is a plus.
