In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee on-site construction operations for our residential communities, which encompass affordable housing, market-rate developments, and build-to-rent initiatives. You will be entrusted with making key decisions that ensure the successful delivery of our projects while safeguarding our interests. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction – Field Execution, you will play a crucial role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional project execution that aligns with time, budget, and quality benchmarks for our brands.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates, conduct thorough plan evaluations, and manage the bidding process for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with prototype specifications while maintaining cost-effectiveness that reflects our brand values.
  • Provide comprehensive support to construction and development initiatives, including site visits, project inspections, and collaboration with our Operations team.
  • Engage with a diverse range of internal and external partners to guarantee project completion according to established plans.
  • Negotiate construction contracts and amendments, subject to legal review and approval from your supervisor.
