Continental Properties is seeking a Project Engineer - Field Execution to join our Construction Department. This position offers a pathway for professional growth within a stable and expanding real estate development firm. You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits for ongoing construction projects to assess site activities and perform building acceptance inspections.
  • Ensure a high level of project execution, delivering projects on schedule and within budget while adhering to our quality standards.
  • Possess knowledge of codes, permits, and inspection requirements to secure necessary permit approvals and occupancy certificates.
  • Address warranty issues and top concerns from the delivery of the clubhouse to the completion of the last building.
  • Oversee all project closeout procedures.
Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or Architecture is required; an Associate's Degree with equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience; experience in onsite construction management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is preferred.
