Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and chat channels
  • Accurately answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on our credit card and savings products and services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed established goals for performance metrics, including call/chat quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer efficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
