Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and chat channels
- Accurately answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Educate customers on our credit card and savings products and services
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed established goals for performance metrics, including call/chat quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer efficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
