Job Summary

NASCAR is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Guest Services Representatives. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience at Kansas Speedway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transport ADA guests to and from the parking lots via golf carts, ensuring their safe and timely arrival.
  • Operate trams to and from the campgrounds, providing a convenient and efficient transportation service.
  • Work as a representative in our info booths, providing information and assistance to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with guests at all times.
  • Must be available to work race weekends.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Golf cart drivers must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle license inspection report.
