Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at El Centro Del Barrio. As a key member of our Call Center Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families requesting healthcare services.

Your primary duties will include scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, as well as answering general questions and transferring calls to other parties as needed. You will also make appointment reminder calls to patients and follow up on calls where the automated system is unable to contact the patient.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer and phone systems, and have a strong understanding of insurance and eligibility programs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
