The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role in managing both clinical and administrative tasks associated with patient admissions. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal service capacity. Responsibilities include assessing eligibility, determining financial obligations, and preparing necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine patient admissibility and financial responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data related to admissions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth admissions processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in a behavioral science field.
  • Experience in social services or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred: Valid state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure.
  • Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM.
