About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Lamar Advertising Company. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
