Sales and Marketing Professional

Agemark Senior Living is committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents and their families. We are seeking a skilled Care Solutions Consultant to join our team in Norwalk, IA. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on relationship-building and follow-through. Key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with potential residents and families to promote our services and maintain high occupancy levels.
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies that drive results and help more families choose Agemark.
- Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
