The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on relationship-building and follow-through. Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with potential residents and families to promote our services and maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies that drive results and help more families choose Agemark.
  • Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
