We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at UNTUCKit in Norwalk, CT. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. This includes assessing customers' needs and providing information on our products, features, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide information on our products, features, and benefits
- Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping
- Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
- Juggle multiple customers at a time
- Be a self-starter when doing tasks
Requirements:
- Work experience as a sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
