Building and Land Technology is a leading provider of luxury apartments, seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Norwalk.

Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into community tours, conducting personalized tours of our luxury apartments, and ensuring a stellar resident experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert prospects into community tours by providing helpful and compelling information about our community and neighborhood.
  • Contribute to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours that result in new leases.
  • Build brand loyalty and achieve resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently excellent resident experience.
  • Utilize RealPage property management software to document prospect updates and maximize both prospect and resident experience.
  • Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year of leasing or sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to project a professional sales presentation and image.
  • Motivated team-player with exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
