Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries, ensuring accuracy in corporate prepaid and accrued expenses.
- Generate monthly debt rollforward reports and related documentation as required.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and flux analysis to support financial reporting.
- Collaborate with FP&A and other business units to provide accounting and analytical support.
- Coordinate with accounting teams across the Americas and internationally.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) for reporting to stakeholders.
- Facilitate the closing of accounting periods within the NetSuite system.
- Compile various reports for internal and external purposes, including audit requests.
- Support interim and year-end audit processes.
- Engage in ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or FP&A.
- CPA or MBA candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or Oracle PBCS is advantageous.
