High-Level Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive High-Level Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Claire Myers Consulting.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible, and has a knack for bringing order to controlled chaos.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and book travel arrangements.
- Personal Errands:
- Assist with grocery shopping, arranging for cleaners, and other household needs.
- Delegation & Team Support:
- Transcribe notes, create actionable items, and delegate tasks to the team.
- Gift Management:
- Handle client gifts and other personalized touchpoints.
- CRM & Task Management:
- Support CRM updates and use Monday.com to manage to-do lists.
- Expense Reports:
- Prepare and manage expense reports.
- Email Management:
- Take over managing the executive's emails.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Monday.com and CRM systems.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
- Strong communication and delegation skills.
- Experience coordinating personal and professional tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with managing vendors and household staff.
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Bonus opportunity available.
