Position Overview:

This position involves providing technical assistance for Windows and Mac operating systems, along with O365 applications and end-user computing tools. As a Level 2-3 analyst, you will engage in daily operations to troubleshoot issues and fulfill support requests, project needs, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver advanced Level 2-3 support for escalated Desktop and Helpdesk inquiries.


• Assist in the creation of Windows 7, 10, and 11 images and provide software application support.


• Manage desktop software deployment utilizing EPM/ISM tools.


• Facilitate integration support between EPM and ISM systems.


• Provide temporary and permanent administrative services for user desktops and laptops.


• Support Systems Management Services and associated tools.


• Oversee the overall management of the EPM tool.

Preferred Technical Expertise:


• Proficient in client operating systems (Windows, MACOS, iOS, Android).


• Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.


• Understanding of application installations and their interoperability.


• Knowledgeable in complex computing environments and infrastructure.


• Experience with certification and testing methodologies.


• Background in IT device security.


• Skilled in Windows imaging tools such as sysprep, DISM, Imagex, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.


• Experience with Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager (EPM), Ivanti Service Manager (ISM), or similar industry tools.


• Understanding of networking and client-server fundamentals.


• Proficient in entering, tracking, and resolving service calls with appropriate documentation.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
