Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.
  • Perform program management, technical, or business analysis tasking related to weapon systems acquisition, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Recent and relevant experience in a program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management is required.
  • Experience related to analysis and planning.
  • Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
  • Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required.
Education
  • Journeyman: Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree. 3-9 years of experience.
  • Sr: Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree. At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience.
