Senior Sales Director

Join SpaceX, a pioneering company that's pushing the boundaries of space exploration, as a Sr. Sales Manager for our Global Starlink Enterprise Sales team. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the adoption of our revolutionary Starlink technology across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet revenue targets by identifying and securing new enterprise customers, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and finding the right Starlink product for their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market access, government affairs, finance, and legal, to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the product engineering team to gather customer requirements and iterate on Starlink product offerings.
- Represent Starlink at regional conferences and events, showcasing our innovative technology and building relationships with potential customers.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience in business development or sales.
- Strong sales track record, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, preferably in the satellite/telecommunications sector for enterprise or government customers.
- 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on direct sales experience and a strong understanding of Starlink's network infrastructure.
- A competitive salary range of $150,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year, with potential for long-term incentives, bonuses, and stock options.
