Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic marketing associate to enhance our growth marketing initiatives. As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the execution of marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of SEO strategies to boost search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to our online platforms.
  • Conduct keyword analysis to inform content development and optimize existing materials, including web copy, blog articles, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure the integration of SEO best practices in all marketing collateral.
  • Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) to analyze website performance and generate reports on key metrics such as rankings and traffic.
  • Monitor search results and performance across major channels to enhance rankings.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO principles are applied in new code and features.
  • Assist in content management system tasks, including content uploads and formatting.
  • Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and PPC advertising, with an SEO focus.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and growth strategies, ensuring a unified approach across all marketing channels.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of core SEO principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce SEO-friendly content.
  • Creative and analytical thinker, skilled in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree.
