Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer - Power and Analog Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Sensor Power and Analog Design Department (SPAD). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing power system, conversion, and distribution products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power system, conversion, and distribution products.
  • Work closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications.
  • Perform design work within the bounds of a given schedule.
  • Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.
  • Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in power system design, power conversion, power distribution, and/or control systems.
  • Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Hardware development experience in a Department of Defense environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/manage small projects or processes.
  • Experience generating technical documentation and reports.
