Position Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for the preparation, serving, and cleaning of the bar area while ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers in accordance with established guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Process guest transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit processing.
  • Manage inventory and complete supply requisitions as needed.
  • Comply with local liquor regulations and maintain established inventory levels.
  • Perform all side work duties as outlined in the schedule.

Qualifications:

Education: Bartending certification and TIPS certification are required.

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of bartending experience is preferred.

Skills: Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Ability to lift and carry various items throughout the shift.
  • Capability to bend and kneel as necessary.
  • Mobility to navigate through crowded areas.
  • Continuous standing is required during service hours.
  • Ability to climb stairs as needed.

Work Environment:

This role involves a physically demanding environment, requiring prolonged standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: USD $7.25
