Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kalimotxo, our on-site cocktail bar. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting expertly mixed drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Communicate openly with management to address any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to provide legible communication and directions
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment
  • Relevant training certificate
