Key Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting a variety of mixed drinks, wines, and beers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Mixing ingredients to create cocktails tailored to customer preferences.
  • Efficiently preparing beverages with minimal waste.
  • Receiving and processing drink orders from both servers and patrons.
  • Handling payments and managing the cash register.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the bar area and serving food to customers seated at the bar.
  • Checking customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
  • Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
  • Managing inventory and ordering bar supplies as needed.
  • Creating visually appealing displays with bottles and glassware.
  • Cleaning glassware and utensils after each use.

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the primary duties, you may also be required to:

  • Accommodate special requests from guests.
  • Inspect back-of-house areas for cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • 1-3 years of bartending experience.
  • A valid TABC and Food Handler's Certification.
  • Availability to work on weekdays and weekends, including during busy events.
