We are seeking a dedicated Bartender to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft standard mixed beverages and serve wine and beer to patrons in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and other beverages tailored to customer preferences.
- Quickly and accurately prepare drinks while minimizing waste.
- Receive and process drink orders from both guests and servers.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Serve food to customers seated at the bar.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol consumption.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
- Manage inventory and order bar supplies as needed.
- Create appealing displays using bottles and glassware.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Accommodate special requests from guests.
- Inspect back-of-house areas as required.
- Complete other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of bartending experience is preferred.
- Current TABC and Food Handler's Certification is required.
- Availability to work on weekdays and weekends, including during busy events.
