Team Dynamics

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance our Product Management team, focusing specifically on Integrations. In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement integration strategies that enrich our suite of AI-driven solutions, including our AI Contact Center and AI Sales products. You will work collaboratively across various departments to ensure our integrations are efficient, seamless, and deliver substantial value to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be responsible for the comprehensive strategy surrounding integration initiatives within Dialpad's product suite. Your tasks will include:

  • Deep Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Dialpad's core products and integrations, understanding both technical capabilities and market demands.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and prioritize integration requirements and timelines.
  • Integration Roadmap Development: Create and oversee a detailed roadmap for integrations, synchronizing release schedules across multiple teams to align with business goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather insights, evaluate integration needs, and convert those insights into actionable strategies.
  • Solution Development: Identify deficiencies in current integration frameworks and devise solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess integration performance, defining success and improvement strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Project Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed and aligned throughout the process.
  • Market Strategy Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing to create and implement effective strategies for communicating integration features and benefits to potential and existing customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on integrations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, third-party integrations, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly within CCaaS, UCaaS, or CRM sectors.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a talent for leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

You are a creative and passionate Product Manager with over 5 years of experience, showcasing a proven track record of delivering outstanding product experiences in the Contact Center and/or Analytics domains. You thrive on solving complex problems and take an analytical approach to finding optimal solutions. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you excel in agile environments and possess excellent communication skills, acting as a vital link between product, engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales.
