Position Overview:
We have successfully created an exceptional product for our clientele and are now enhancing our data and application connector offerings. Your role will involve comprehending the diverse integration opportunities among applications, partners, and vendors to establish a robust connector framework. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will focus on the technologies that empower our clients to maximize their data and application ecosystems. This is an individual contributor role that requires collaboration with our engineering team in a matrixed environment.
This position operates from our headquarters, requiring in-office attendance twice weekly.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the vision, strategy, and long-term product roadmap for Snaps (connectors) and Snap SDK within the SnapLogic iPaaS platform.
- Collaborate as part of a product triad with design and engineering to establish OKRs, manage the product pipeline, oversee product discovery, ideation, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution, and bring the product to market.
- Independently drive technical solutions for large and complex features.
- Work closely with the UX design team to ensure a delightful product experience for customers.
- Establish metrics for product performance and effectiveness to gauge success.
- Facilitate optimization and enhancements between product, design, and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technology capabilities and leverage this knowledge to contribute to product solutions.
- A strong passion for product management with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of application and data integration, along with iPaaS concepts.
- Experience with SOAP/REST web services, JSON, Open API/Swagger, GraphQL, and oData.
- In-depth knowledge of popular integration patterns, frameworks, distributed systems, and SOA.
- A proven track record of successfully launching software products and/or SaaS solutions.
- Experience collaborating with backend engineering teams in an agile setting to deliver products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years in product management with some leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience in building integrations with iPaaS products and endpoint connectors.
- Strong technical expertise with a history of delivering enterprise software.
- Experience managing research, evaluation, execution, and introduction of microservice opportunities and application-to-application integration improvements.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and/or Toolkits.
- Participation in hackathons and development of developer products.
- Experience in application and business systems integration, as well as PaaS.
- A blend of experience in both large corporations and software startups is preferred.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is approximately $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by various factors, including candidate location, experience, and expertise.
