Position Overview:

We have established a premier product suite for our clientele and are now poised to elevate our data and application connector offerings. Your responsibility will be to explore diverse integration opportunities among applications, partners, and vendors to create a robust connector framework. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will focus on the technologies that empower our clients to unlock the full potential of their data and application ecosystems. This role is primarily individual-focused but will require collaboration across various teams, particularly with engineering.

This position is hybrid, necessitating attendance at the headquarters multiple times a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the vision, strategy, and long-term product roadmap for Snaps (connectors) and Snap SDK within the SnapLogic iPaaS framework.
  • Collaborate within a product triad alongside design and engineering to establish objectives and key results (OKRs), manage the product pipeline encompassing discovery, ideation, prioritization, and roadmap creation, and successfully launch products.
  • Independently drive technical solutions for significant and complex features.
  • Partner closely with the UX design team to ensure an exceptional product experience for users.
  • Establish metrics for product performance and effectiveness to evaluate success.
  • Facilitate optimization and enhancements among product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends and apply this knowledge to product development.
Qualifications:
  • A strong enthusiasm for product management with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of application and data integration, along with iPaaS concepts.
  • Familiarity with SOAP/REST web services, JSON, Open API/Swagger, GraphQL, and oData.
  • In-depth knowledge of common integration patterns, frameworks, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • A proven history of delivering successful software products or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with backend engineering teams in an agile setting to bring products to market.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience:
  • Over 5 years in product management with some leadership exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in building integrations with iPaaS solutions and endpoint connectors.
  • Strong technical background with a record of developing and delivering enterprise software.
  • Experience managing research, evaluation, execution, and implementation of microservice opportunities and application-to-application integration enhancements.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and/or toolkits.
  • Participation in hackathons and development of developer products.
  • Experience in application and business systems integration, as well as PaaS.
  • A combination of experience in large corporations and software startups is advantageous.

Compensation: The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $200,000. Final offer amounts will be determined by various factors, including candidate location, experience, and expertise.
