Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Development: Define and implement the product strategy for Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agents to align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the competition's related offerings to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features and functionalities.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers, ISVs, and partners to leverage their feedback and influence positive outcomes.
- Strategic Vision and Execution: Embody a hands-on approach, navigating from high-level strategic vision to detailed execution.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering; an MBA or similar is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS software product management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the Conversational AI (Voice/Chatbot) landscape and LLM technology, ecosystem, and evolution.
- Product Design and Development: Proven affinity for inserting user experience first in the product design approach.
- Product Launch and Management: Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.
- Competitive Compensation: The US base salary range for this role is $111,800—$216,100 USD.
