Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team at the Archdiocese of San Antonio. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front desk receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and clients, monitoring access to the center, and answering phones.
- Manage client records, including inputting client and provider information into our Electronic Health Record system.
- Coordinate outreach activities, including finding volunteers and preparing materials for events.
- Assist with intern coordination, including background checks and training.
- Support the Office Administrator with credentialing staff and interns in provider data sources.
- Provide technical support to staff and interns with entering case notes and converting them into billable units.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service.
- Preferred experience in medical billing, behavioral health billing, and/or CPT coding.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
- Valid vehicle insurance.
- Medical billing certification preferred.
- Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office and AdvanceMD/EHR.
- Working knowledge of billing practices, accounting reports, and insurance claims.
- Solid grasp of HIPAA standards and mental health or ability to obtain within 3 months of starting position.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $17.00 - $20.00. The position includes 5% local travel and 0% overnight travel. Catholic Charities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
