Comfort Keepers is in search of a Client Care Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our mission. We specialize in providing compassionate in-home support for seniors and older adults who need assistance and companionship in their daily lives. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be instrumental in empowering our caregivers to deliver personalized care that significantly improves the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) is tasked with overseeing the client journey from initial referral through ongoing care. The CCC's responsibilities begin in the field, collaborating with the Operations Manager to cultivate and sustain relationships with referral sources, including assisted living facilities, hospice services, geriatric care managers, and other senior care providers. The CCC will engage with potential clients by handling referral inquiries, providing information about our services, and arranging in-home consultations. Once a client is onboarded, the CCC will ensure seamless care by coordinating family resources and liaising with various stakeholders, such as community service providers, insurance representatives, case managers, and other payors. Additionally, the CCC will collaborate closely with the Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) to align caregiver qualifications with client needs, ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to spend considerable time in the field, including driving.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a background check.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
  • Office setting.
  • Involves walking, sitting, and standing, with minimal lifting required.
  • Extended periods at a computer and on the phone.
  • Significant time spent in a vehicle.
