Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with Mechanical and Hardware engineers to design and develop precision mechanical components and electromechanical systems. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development of our semiconductor fab and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop precision mechanical components and electromechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs for increased manufacturability
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and driving manufacturing efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials
  • Manage and execute manufacturing tracking processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in mechanical engineering
  • Proficient with CAD software, including SolidWorks and Onshape
  • Design for Manufacturing experience, including design for conventional machining and additive manufacturing
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing
  • Knowledge of thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties for a range of metal and materials
