Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily manufacturing support and guidance for their respective product line, as well as participating in and driving overall financial performance improvements for their respective product line area of responsibility. The individual may travel to our Southern California facilities for additional experience and training.

Responsibilities

* Manufacturing, design, and continuous improvement of hands-on projects
* Provide daily manufacturing support and guidance for their respective product line
* Participate in and drive overall financial performance improvements for their respective product line area of responsibility

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Demonstrated experience with Solidworks and Microsoft Office Products
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; both verbally and in writing
