Korum Automotive Group is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team, enhancing the customer journey within our Service Departments. This role is pivotal in assisting clients by managing incoming inquiries, addressing questions, scheduling service appointments, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting follow-up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
  • Coordinating the completion of commitments made to clients and managing internal service orders, which may involve ordering necessary components, documenting service requests, scheduling vendor appointments, and notifying clients.
  • Processing payments for services rendered and assisting with warranty and insurance claim documentation.
  • Providing support to other roles as needed, including Service Porter, Warranty Specialist, or Service Advisor.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $19.77 to $27.18, with a targeted hiring range of $19.77 to $23.48 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using and learning various software applications.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
