Client Growth Specialist

UniFirst is in search of a driven and enthusiastic individual for the role of Client Growth Specialist to enhance sales within established accounts across a designated market area. In this position, you will utilize strong relationships with current clients to foster organic growth and profitability by introducing additional products and services.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, along with potential commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Growth Specialist:

  • Support existing clients by identifying opportunities and maximizing their current partnership with UniFirst through additional services, products, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to devise strategies aimed at expanding our market presence.
  • Conduct presentation meetings with prospective clients as necessary.
  • Each Client Growth Specialist is expected to achieve 80 activities weekly, which includes 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales or route sales is preferred.
