Requirements
  • Computer with internet connection
  • Reliable vehicle with good gas mileage
  • Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
  • Printer
  • Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
Compensation
  • This is a 1099 position with a flat rate per inspection
  • Rates vary based on county and volume, but you can earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour
  • Work hours and volume vary by county and territory, but the work is consistent month-to-month
  • No additional mileage reimbursement is provided
