Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients/patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work independently to deliver personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in our electronic system of record.
  • Teach and train family members on patient care techniques and provide education on health promotion and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • An active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
  • Current CPR certification from a recognized agency.
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation.

  • A competitive salary range of $62,000 - $97,500 per year, based on location and experience.
