About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RN with 1 year of experience to provide high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes through efficient application of nursing knowledge. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and proper care to patients in assigned units, ensuring timely and accurate interventions
  • Analyze patient information, including medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition, to develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Prepare and administer medication, treatments, and other nursing processes as needed to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
  • Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and/or experience in a clinical specialty
  • Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
  • BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
