Position Summary:

WorldStrides is in search of an innovative professional to assume the role of Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on Domestic Marketing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Group Marketing, this position is crucial in shaping and executing the domestic marketing strategy to engage and attract the next generation of educators to our extensive range of educational travel programs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Product Development, to design and implement cutting-edge digital and print marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at effectively reaching and engaging educators, community leaders, and K-12 school administrators.
  2. Lead Generation: Create a robust lead generation strategy utilizing digital touchpoints across web, search, social media, display, retargeting, and native sponsored ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.
  3. Digital Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  4. Content Development: Direct the production of engaging content (e.g., blog articles, videos, social media updates) that resonates with educators and aligns with our educational travel offerings.
  5. Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns for maximum impact, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  6. Budget Oversight: Manage the domestic marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment and achieve business goals.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with overall business strategies.
  8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest consumer trends and marketing advancements, recommending new strategies or tools to enhance digital performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns targeting educators and institutions.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and creating multi-channel content that drives meaningful results.
  • A well-rounded marketer with both creative and analytical skills, capable of contributing to design and copy while understanding marketing analytics.
