About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotels. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of front desk agents, ensuring efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, and promoting hotel rooms and amenities. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

This role involves leading a team of front desk agents, managing guest check-in and check-out processes, training and developing team members, and promoting hotel rooms and amenities. You will also be responsible for monitoring and handling guest concerns, managing room assignments and inventory, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in computer skills and hotel management software is also essential. A commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment is a must.

We offer a competitive salary of $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
