Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of food in our kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cooks and other kitchen staff to prepare and present food to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
