Pet Care Operations Manager

As a Pet Care Operations Manager at BreedAbove, you will oversee the direct supervision of coaches in our off-leash playgroups and support our pet care staff.
The ideal candidate will ensure that daily tasks are completed, playgroups are safe, and care instructions are followed for our canine guests.
Responsibilities include daily feedback to clients, accuracy of pet care during the shift, and documenting behavior and incidents.
This is a physically demanding, high-volume, and quick-paced environment that requires reliability, a strong attendance record, and experience in the pet care industry.
If you have the heart, patience, physical stamina, and ability to interact and engage with both dogs and people, this is a rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise coaches in off-leash playgroups
- Support pet care staff
- Ensure daily tasks are completed
- Ensure playgroups are safe
- Document behavior and incidents
Requirements:
- Passion for pet care and customer service
- 1+ years of professional pet care experience
- 1+ years of supervisor experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain flexible
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Move throughout the resort for extended periods of time
- Lift and move 40 lbs
- Understand and respond to team members and guests' requests in a loud environment
- Bend, stoop, and reach to run and load dogs/cats, serve customers, and clean the resort
