Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies and plans for designated product lines.
  • Oversee the rollout of advertising, packaging, and consumer research initiatives to support strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the execution of promotional and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely and occasionally lead projects with sales, finance, creative, R&D, operations, and logistics as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Manage marketing budgets to facilitate recommended activities.
  • Evaluate brand and company performance using internal and external data sources to produce monthly business reports.
  • Monitor competitive positioning, products, brands, marketing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 0-3 years of experience in brand/product marketing, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles with a passion for brand development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, including the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while prioritizing key business drivers.
  • Effective communication skills to influence and persuade leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Aspirations to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with syndicated database analysis tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) is advantageous.
