Job Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our facility operations at Cresten Properties. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and supervision of maintenance standards across our properties. The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for various aspects of facility management, including maintenance oversight, budgetary control, and ensuring the safety and security of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Maintenance team members and the overall maintenance operations.
  • Establish and uphold written maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships and maintain timely communication with tenants.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities.
  • Regularly assess the physical condition and appearance of properties.
  • Implement preventative maintenance initiatives.
  • Analyze facility issues and respond effectively.
  • Establish processes to ensure operational efficiency across all projects.
  • Manage facility progress, budget tracking, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor expenditures and enforce budgetary discipline.
  • Possess knowledge of maintenance tasks, including general repairs and groundskeeping.
  • Conduct daily inspections of property grounds to maintain high standards of condition.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit initiative, strong leadership, and organizational capabilities, with sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Utilize independent judgment within policy frameworks to identify problem areas, analyze data, and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the most effective repair strategies and resource allocation.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment and job-related software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
