  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including processing bank deposits, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the facility manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • License: Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic math skills and attention to detail.
