As a Security Agent with Vail Resorts, you will play a critical role in protecting our guests, employees, and property while fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and report safety issues, providing timely and effective solutions to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Interact with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the resort, maintaining a high visibility presence to deter criminal activity and promote a safe and secure environment.
  • Transport deposits and banks from sales locations to the vault, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive materials.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents, working collaboratively with law enforcement and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to develop the necessary skills to excel in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • The ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, with a clean and current driver's license.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work in varying and extreme weather conditions.
