Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of room charges and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review audit reports, credit card summaries, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, posting payments and charges as necessary.
  • Perform security checks and hall patrols to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a night audit or front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
