Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing instructional programs, teaching adaptive living skills, and collecting data to summarize client progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement instructional programs and teach adaptive living skills
  • Implement behavior interventions as directed by AWARE's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data and summarize client progress
Requirements:
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must be able to learn behavioral and clinical methods and follow oral and written instructions
  • Must be able to facilitate meetings
