About the Role

Lifepoint Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Therapist Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, Washington.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced therapist to provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients achieve treatment plan goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies to patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Create thorough discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in state of practice.
  • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $35-$42 per hour. As a member of our team, you can expect:
