GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Agronomy Business Development Representative to drive growth and success in the agricultural industry.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant experience in Crop & Plant Sciences, Agribusiness, or a related field, and possess knowledge of agronomy products.

Agronomy Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide crop input recommendations for farmers to optimize their yields and improve crop health
  • Recommend seed, chemical, fertilizer, and custom application services to farmers based on their specific needs
  • Conduct field scouting to identify weeds, pests, insects, and diseases that may impact crop production
  • Maintain and grow the current customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Support computer-related agronomy inputs to ensure seamless data management and analysis

Agronomy Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant experience in Crop & Plant Sciences, Agribusiness, or a related field
  • Knowledge of agronomy products and their applications
  • Experience in an agronomy work setting with sales experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
