Job Summary

This is a leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of standardized clinical and regulatory workflows across all ambulatory sites. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ambulatory-wide clinical workflows, including critical regulatory and clinical protocols.
  • Ensure that all ambulatory sites adhere to standardized workflows to promote consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify, design, and roll out new workflows that support organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning over Stanford Medicine Children's Health primary market sites.
  • Direct the strategy and implementation of clinical operations across the primary market sites and ensure that administrative and clinical processes are standardized across all the sites.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive management experience in hospital administration or clinic administration, authority and responsibility in similar size organizations, with similar scope and complexity of LPCH.
  • Experience in multiple organizations with some exposure working with multi-specialty physician practices. Pediatric preferred.
